Bus just next door goes to town/large city. free parking is about 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Newly renovated one with kitchen area Kitchen island/bar table with 2 more chairs. Large double bed for 2 people A couch for the 3rd to make. Kitchen advice, microwave and kettle. Does not include bath towels so it takes the guest himself. Bed linen is available. TV is included with Netflix, Spotify, Disney, etc. for guest login. WiFi

All new kitchen. free parking in the neighborhood behind the building or across the street from the building not on the property. the apartment is on the 5th floor, there is no elevator. The bed might only fit one guest, but there is a very big cofy couch to sleep on if it's too small

The house is in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV. Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

Small apartment centrally located in Luleå

Small apartment centrally located in Luleå with private entrance, hall, bathroom and bedroom. There is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge, microwave, kettle and simple utensils. There is street parking right outside the house. We live in the apartment next to it. It's an interior door between the apartments but it's blocked and well insulated so it's not that responsive between the apartments. Cozy and affordable property!

Mysigt rum med egen ingång, kokvrå och badrum med dusch. Gratis parkering och möjlighet till elbilsladdning. Nära Ormberget med skidspår och pulkabacke på vintern, MTB, löpning och utegym på sommaren. Endast 200 m till badplats och möjlighet att hyra kajak/kanot. Vacker utsikt över fjärden. Buss 100 m bort och en fin 20 minuters promenad längs vattnet till centrum. Perfekt för dig som vill ha både natur och stad nära!
