Stølshaugen

The cabin is idyllically located with panoramic views of the beautiful village of Førde, the fjord and even much further. Although the cabin is located on top of a hill, it is located on a farm, where sheep and lambs graze nearby. The cabin has a distinctive character, is more than 100 years old and has, among other things, a large, carved Viking ship model hanging from the ceiling. The entire cabin was restored a few years ago and then got modern equipment such as a new bathroom with heating cables and a new kitchen with all the necessary equipment.

Haugesund is located between Stavanger in the south (2 hours drive) and Bergen in the north (3 hours drive). From the cabin you have fantastic views of rough, untouched nature with heather, rocks and open sea. Welcome to our peaceful cabin at Spissøy. With an amazing fjord view, and spacious kitchen and livingroom, you can really relax and enjoy the scenery. Wake up to the sound of bird song, and take your first cup of coffee with you outside. The cabin is easily reached by car, but is still surrounded by nature on all four sides. Spissøy is situated between Bergen and Stavanger, or more locally; Stord and Bømlo. It can be both a pit stop on your west coast exploration, or your final destination!
