The terrace faces south and in calm nice weather it is great to have a nice evening with barbeque grill or lying in the hot tub watching the stars or at winter time watching the amazing northern lights. Modern 35 m2 studio in a residential neighborhood. It is located in a separate house on our private property. It has a huge garden, a private patio with a BBQ. It is very well equipped to make everyone feel at home away from home. Reykjavik centrum is 10 km away. The kitchen has all necessary appliances and cutlery. Sleeping arrangement is a queen size bed and a sleeping sofa with down duvets and pillows. The bathroom is nicely decorated with a large walk in shower and a washer/dryer
