The basement is rented out permanently with its own entrance, i.e. the washing machine and dryer are shared.

There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. The house has a private courtyard with garden furniture and outdoor kitchen. The guest house is completely separate from the main house and is not connected to the other residents.

Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

Toilet og bad samt udendørs bruser m. varmt vand. Soveværelse med 2 enkeltsenge der kan sættes sammen. Stue/køkken i et. Tv og wi-fi. Terrasse med havemøbler og grill. Hytten er delvis afskærmet fra ejers bolig.
