Unique townhouse/apartment with 80 km2 roof terrace, 2 minutes from the harbor bath. NEW kitchen and bathroom. Central in Faaborg is this gem. The house has its own entrance and a lovely rooftop terrace where you can completely secluded barbecue, sunbathe or nap after a sea dive - an oasis in the middle of the city, with a staircase down to a small wild garden. The apartment has a ground floor entrance, a steep staircase to the 1st floor living area and the 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms. 300 meters from the house is the ferry berry to the beautiful South Funen islands.

In the eastern neighborhood, my lovely house is close to everything. Located on a quiet road and with walking distance of 10 minutes to the beach, forest, harbor or city center. Arriving by train or bus, you can walk to the house. The house is decorated stylishly and spartan. There are 3 bedrooms sleeping 4 guests. The house has a secluded courtyard where the sun shines all day. Here you can enjoy the view of the city's rooftops down to the harbor or relax in the hammock. There is a charcoal grill and 1 women's bike for free use.

Centrally located in beautiful Rudkøbing, you will find this gem of a townhouse. 200 meters to shopping in several stores. 5 min. walk to the marina and the old fishing port. 2-minute walk to the cobblestone streets in the city center. The house is 123 m2, divided into a newly renovated living room, new kitchen and a super nice bathroom with shower. Cozy courtyard with gas grill and raised beds with herbs. The house has three rooms with a total of 6 beds. 1 double bed, 4 single beds 5 min. to the beach

Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

Svendborg's cozy city and harbor environment as well as beautiful nature with forest and beach invite you to an eventful and relaxing holiday.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. I det smukke Høje Bøge kvarter med kort afstand til centrum, strand, skov og indkøb. Det perfekte udgangspunkt for en ferie i det Sydfynske. Alt hvad du har brug for er i gåafstand, og der er 5 min. til tog, der kører direkte til Odense, Den tillukkede have kan du slappe af i ved grillen, og du er velkommen til at snuppe en tomat , agurk eller majs til salaten.

Charming townhouse. located in the middle of Faaborg by the city square and harbor. The space: is furnished with a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room, and bedroom with 2 beds. There's an exit to the patio with a south-facing terrace. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom overlooking the harbour and the South Tyrolean archipelago. Our house is a small old town house, which is not suitable for children during school age.
