The apartment has an entrance on the ground floor, a steep staircase to the 1st floor living room and the 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms. 300 meters from the house is the ferry to the beautiful South Funen islands.

In the eastern part of town is my beautiful house - close to everything. Located on a quiet road and within a 10-minute walk to the beach, forest, harbor or city center. Arriving by train or bus, you can walk to the house. The house is stylishly and spartanly decorated. There are 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 guests. The house has a sheltered courtyard where the sun shines all day. Here you can enjoy the view of the city's rooftops down to the harbor or relax in the hammock. There is a charcoal grill and 1 women's bicycle for free use.

Centrally located in beautiful Rudkøbing, you will find this gem of a townhouse. 200 meters to shopping in several stores. 5 min. walk to the marina and the old fishing port. 2-minute walk to the cobblestone streets in the city center. The house is 123 m2, divided into a newly renovated living room, new kitchen and a super nice bathroom with shower. Cozy courtyard with gas grill and raised beds with herbs. NOTE: During the summer period from mid-June to mid-August, we only offer weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday (up to 2 weeks) Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. 110 meters from the water, walking distance to bus, shopping, Faaborg museum, pedestrian street, restaurants. The accommodation has 2 rooms with double beds on the 1st floor. On the ground floor living room, open office, bathroom and kitchen with access to an enclosed courtyard with wooden terrace.

Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

Here you can stay in one of the medieval city center townhouses, equipped with modern amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine and underfloor heating. From the cobbled street, you enter through the authentic door. A good sturdy staircase leads to the 1st floor with two bedrooms, each with a wide double bed. Svendborg's cozy city and harbor environment as well as beautiful nature with forest and beach invite you to an eventful and relaxing holiday.

The perfect starting point for a holiday in South Funen. Everything you need is within walking distance, and there are trains that run directly to Odense in 5 minutes, The enclosed garden you can relax by the grill and you are welcome to grab a tomato , cucumber or corn for the salad.

There is an exit to the courtyard with a south-facing terrace. On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the harbor and the South Funen Archipelago. Our house is a small old townhouse that is not suitable for children under school age.
