The apartment has an entrance on the ground floor, a steep staircase to the 1st floor living room and the 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms. 300 meters from the house is the ferry to the beautiful South Funen islands.

The house has a sheltered courtyard where the sun shines all day. Here you can enjoy the view of the city's rooftops down to the harbor or relax in the hammock. There is a charcoal grill and 1 women's bicycle for free use.

We rent out our small townhouse (about 60 sqm), centrally located, in the middle of Funen. The house is rented to 4 people. From the house, it is a 10-minute walk to the station, 10 minutes to the swimming pool/leisure center with fitness, etc., 2 minutes to Netto and 5 minutes to the city, where there is a movie theater, cafe, restaurant, several grocery stores, Matas, library, etc. The house is located 5 minutes from the highway network, where it only takes 20 minutes to Odense, Svendborg and Nyborg.

Everything you need is within walking distance, and there are trains that run directly to Odense in 5 minutes, The enclosed garden you can relax by the grill and you are welcome to grab a tomato , cucumber or corn for the salad.

There is an exit to the courtyard with a south-facing terrace. On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the harbor and the South Funen Archipelago. Our house is a small old townhouse that is not suitable for children under school age.
