Whether you want to go to a concert, visit the museums, shop, sail, hike, bike in the surrounding forests or play golf, it is perfectly located. Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. There is a private terrace with two chairs and a cafe table and access to the main house's large park garden. In addition, there are up to two duvets and bed linen, and of course there are towels for both of you.

In the cozy old skipper town, Troense, you will find this cozy annex. The atmosphere is full of history here in the small village very close to Svendborg. On the ground floor, you have a small entrance, bathroom with shower and kitchen. The 1st floor contains four regular sleeping spaces divided into two rooms.
