An atmospheric and very charming older 1/2 townhouse in the most authentic part of Svendborg with 3 (4) rooms, a living room, a kitchen-diner and a bathroom. 200 metres from the city centre and 100 metres from the water. Plenty of room for 2 adults with 2 or 3 children (or 4 adults). Access to large garden and cozy courtyard. Note: You must bring your own bed linen, sheets and towels. P.S. There are some deviations in decor with photos of children's rooms. Beds provided voices.

Of course, you clean up after yourself, take out the trash and vacuum. Please note that the house is rented for at least 5 nights.
