Perfect base close to pedestrian street, harbor, restaurants and culture. A charming and relaxing home for both families and couples. Charming townhouse - close to everything!

In the eastern part of town is my beautiful house - close to everything. Located on a quiet road and within a 10-minute walk to the beach, forest, harbor or city center. Arriving by train or bus, you can walk to the house. The house is stylishly and spartanly decorated. There are 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 guests. The house has a sheltered courtyard where the sun shines all day. Here you can enjoy the view of the city's rooftops down to the harbor or relax in the hammock. There is a charcoal grill and 1 women's bicycle for free use.

Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

In the middle of Svendborg and close to the city's shops, cafes and restaurants, this large holiday home is furnished with 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the 1st floor as well as a large living room and kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can choose to cook for yourself or visit the city's many good eateries. Svendborg's cozy city and harbor environment as well as beautiful nature with forest and beach invite you to an eventful and relaxing holiday.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. In the beautiful Høje Bøge neighborhood with short distance to the city center, beach, forest and shopping. The perfect starting point for a holiday in South Funen. Everything you need is within walking distance, and there are trains that run directly to Odense in 5 minutes, The enclosed garden you can relax by the grill and you are welcome to grab a tomato , cucumber or corn for the salad.

"Home with piano and pallet sofa, perfect for a family vacation. Shopping, stores and cafes are a stone's throw away. Cozy harbor environment and beach close by. The house has its own parking space and garden with barbecue, tables, chairs and hammock only available to the guests of the house. Cleaning is included in the price. Of course, you clean up after yourself, take out the trash and vacuum. Please note that the house is rented for at least 5 nights.

Stemningsfuld og meget charmerende ældre 1/2 byhus i den mest autentiske del af Svendborg med 3 (4) værelser, stue, spisekøkken og badeværelse. 200 meter fra bymidten og 100 meter fra vandet. God plads til 2 voksne med 2 el. 3 børn (el. 4 voksne). Adgang til stor have og hyggelig gårdhave. OBS I skal selv medbringe sengetøj, lagener og håndklæder. PS. Der er lidt afvigelser i indretning ift. billeder af børneværelser. Senge angivet stemmer.

70es Rubik House completely refurbished in 2018. 3 bedrooms. Spacious rooms with a nice vibe and a unique garden with large a wooden terrass. Beach and forest within 200meter. Sauna and fireplace as well as bathtub. 2.5 kms from Svendborg centre, with busses just 100meters from the house. We only rent it out, when we are not in town, so please handle our home with care, as we really love it - And we're sure you will as well!

Cozy little townhouse of 120m2 centrally located in Svendborg. We have a balcony, terrace right in front of the house and many cozy nooks. Our house is on several floors, so we have stairs. (We have a cat, Oswald, and 4 chickens in the neighbor's garden)
