Located in the middle of the city centre between Solsiden and the city centre. Located hidden from the main streets, which prevent most of the noise. Bakkebro bus stop that takes you everywhere in Trondheim and the airport bus 1 min away. Cozy apartment on 2 floors. Bedrooms and bathroom are under ground floor (quiet, dark and chilled). Small sprinkler staircase between floors. All of the kitchen equipment available: coffee maker, hand mixer, water boiler, waffle iron, toaster and pretty much everything you need of equipment such as glassware, dishes and serving dishes.

Amazing city apartment in quiet street

Stylish and peaceful accommodation in a central location. Whether you are on a business trip or romantic weekend in Trondheim. 300 meters from the city center and the nearest grocery store is just around the corner. The apartment is modern and great furnished with lovely views towards Nidelva from the top floor and one flight of stairs up is a shared roof terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay, appliances, kitchenware and bedding. Perfect for 2-4 people, but there is room for 6.

Welcome to this 31m2 studio apartment! Perfect for a couple or solo travelers. Parking space, bed linen, WiFi and cleaning included. The apartment has a smart floor plan with sleeping area, kitchenette and living room in one – and a separate bathroom, in addition to a large hallway with room for extra bed/cot. Proximity to nature and hiking trails. 3 min to bus stop that takes you to the city center in 18 min. Several shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Cozy and central Trondheim.

Sjarmerende, rolig og sentralt beliggende ettroms leilighet i Ila. Den har alle fasiliteter samt en behagelig sovealkove, egen inngang fra hagen og mulighet for parkering rett utenfor. Det er gangavstand til sentrum, Trondheim Spektrum (ca 5 min), NTNU, ST. Olavs Hospital, Bymarka og god bussforbindelse til Granåsen. Nærhet til alt av kollektivtransport. Ila er en hyggelig bydel med parker, kafeer, gallerier, fine turområder, bakeri og dagligvarebutikker. Alt dette så og si rett utenfor døra.

Downtown apartment

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Short way to the city centre, but also forest and fields if you desire. Stunning views over all of Trondheim. About 30 minutes walk to the city center, and 5 minutes by bus or tram. Bus stop 2 minutes from the house. The nearest grocery store is in Ila, about 15 minutes walk from the apartment. There are opportunities to be able to be more than 2 people upon request. Especially during the SKI World Cup 2025.

Cozy apartment close to the city and the field.

The basement apartment is bright and cozy, with approved escape window in bedrooms. City road is well trafficked, but indoors is quiet. The apartment is located just outside the city center, about 35 minutes walk to the city and with very frequent bus departures from the stop about 200 meters away. At the same time, there is only a 10 minute walk to Bymarka with miles of hiking trails, ski slopes and several nice bathing waters. Private entrance with lockbox(code)
