There is also the option to charge an electric car for an additional fee. The cat (Olav) is also part of the stay; he is extremely friendly and calm. He has his own cat flap and is outdoors for about 20-22 hours a day, depending on the weather.

Welcome to a spacious property with panoramic views and excellent sunlight. Enjoy peaceful surroundings and stunning views from the large veranda. On the veranda, you will also find an outdoor hot tub, which can be used for an additional charge of NOK 800 for the entire stay. The property is located just about 5 minutes from Heimdal town centre, with its shops and restaurants, and about 20 minutes from Trondheim city centre and Nidaros Cathedral. Ideal for families, groups of friends or colleagues looking for a comfortable stay with plenty of space.

Lian farm - the whole house

Wake up to Trondheim's finest view. You can enjoy the coffee cup on the tram or at the cozy old table inside the living room. The house is decorated with peace, coziness and well-being in mind. It is a house that creates a nostalgic and homely feeling. The house is located as part of Lian Gård in Bymarka. There is a former restaurant on the site. The house is located only 300 m from Lianvannet and 300 m from the tram terminal. There are two floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens.

The house has four bedrooms with two double beds, one single bed and a child's bed. Large terrace with several seating areas. Only 12 minutes to Tiller and about 20 minutes to Trondheim city centre. Lysløype and hiking terrain are 300 metres from the house. Vassfjellet Vinterpark is 10 km away, and Granåsen is about 17 km away. Nidelva is a 5-minute walk from the house, with good opportunities for trout fishing in a quiet environment. Gaula and Orkla are also only 20–30 minutes away by car.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

Rural apartment with 2 bedrooms

Lad batteriene på dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet som ligger midt i naturen med fantastisk utsikt. Det er fine turløyper rett utenfor døra, lysløype med flotte skitraseer vinterstid og mange fine turstier sommerstid, det er frisbee golf bane rett ved siden av her som er blitt veldig populært. Banen har 18 kurver fordelt langs turtrasee'n, en kjempefin måte og komme seg ut på tur og samtidig gjøre noe gøy. Ellers er det veldig fredelig og veldig stilt her, Ingen trafikkstøy.

The 2-room apartment is renovated with all you need for a stay in Trondheim. There is a full size double bed in the bedroom and a sleeping coach (120x200cm) in the livingroom. The kitchen is completed with an electrical oven, cooktop, integrated coffemachine, ventilator, dishwasher, refrigerator and a fridge. Ski in-ski out in the beautiful forest outside the house. Cabin in the forest with jacuzzi

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
