Holiday rentals in Svinningeudd

This house is so beautiful and cute! It is beautifully decorated and each item has been picked especially for the house. There is a big garden, outdoor furniture, a sauna isn an separate little house, also very cosy! The jetty to swim is about 100 m from the house ( to share with guests from one other house). The house is well-equipped and has everything you need. There is a bus stop 100 m from the house and a rather big supermarket 2 bus stops away. We came by bus from Stockholm and is easily reachable with frequent buses. This is a great place to relax, swim, take walks or run. It is very quiet. The host is very friendly and answers very quickly.

We had the best weekend in Lisa’s cottage. The cottage was very comfortable and beautifully situated next to the water, and the sauna was incredible. We would love to stay there another time!

Thank you Elin for letting us rent your charming red cottage. So cute and cozy! It was beyond our expectation. It is a nice walk down to the well-kept beach with nice swimming in the sea. Close to the forest where we picked chanterelles in the near forest. Close to shops. We can highly recommend the house and Elin who is a nice host and easy and helpful to communicate with. We had a lovely stay in the dome! It’s situated in an amazing, quite place that even offers hiking tracks. Perfect conditions for bbq, all utensils are available. Clean and cozy bathroom available as well. The most comfortable bed. Woke up in the morning to the sounds of nature and birds. Hard to get back to the nosiness of Stockholm after such a relaxing weekend:) thank you! Ps - on top of all, really cute interior design.

We had a wonderful stay at Kajsa's beautiful cottage. The location of the house is perfect for excursions to Stockholm (it is about a 13-minute walk to the train, in total it takes about an hour to get to the center) and the surrounding area. We felt very comfortable and there was everything we needed. The children also enjoyed it very much, the garden, the trampoline and the available toys were gladly used. Communication with Kajsa was very friendly and straightforward! Thanks for everything 😊

We stayed here during our time in Scandinavia and it was an absolute highlight of the trip. Ulrica was very friendly, warm, and welcoming, which was so lovely after a day of traveling. The space itself is gorgeous, peaceful, and private. Waking up to swans swimming just outside the window was a wonderful way to start the day. While staying here, my husband and I kept saying that we couldn’t believe where we were - it was all just so beautiful and idyllic. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to the Stockholm area & take advantage of the additional spa/wood-fired sauna offering! They were a treat to end the day with. Thank you, Ulrica for your hospitality and for sharing such a special place!! - Insight for anyone traveling without a car: the public transit was easy to use to and from Stockholm. The walk to the bus stop is a bit hilly so take that into consideration with luggage :) We did use an Uber once after a long day wandering in Stockholm and it was about 18€.

We had a wonderful and relaxing 2 weeks in this home. Very tastefully furnished Sea Cottage, with a lot of love for detail. The location is fantastic and the direct and private access to the water invites you to swim and kayak. We were able to relax well here in nature and at the same time Stockholm was easily accessible by ferry or car for sightseeing and shopping. So you have everything here to experience a nice vacation. The hosts were very friendly, relaxed and discreet. Thank you for this perfect vacation!

Well, look no further if you want to relax and enjoy the most wonderful retreat on the Stockholm Archipelago. This is it! This property is simply a delight. It offers historic charm and character but is so well furbished. The bed is so comfortable as are the living room chairs. The burner was a real treat. Our hosts were just the best...allowed us privacy but always responded to any request. This was a great base to explore the area either by foot, locally, or by car across the Archipelago. Stockholm by ferry was so easy. If you want to self-cater, the supermarket is only 3 minutes walk away and satisfies most needs. Quite simply we didn't want to leave. We would without question return if opportunity arose.

The stay at Tove and Bengt's place was wonderful! The house perfectly matches the description and photographs: it is in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature and a stone's throw from the sea. The private dock is perfect for watching the sunset and relaxing with a good book. The house is easy to reach even by public transport: it is well connected to both Stockholm and the nearby island of Vaxholm, from which ferries depart to the other islands. Bengt gave us a lot of tips on the surroundings and Stockholm, and also told us some fun stories! Bengt and Tove have always been very helpful and kind. Absolutely to be recommended, especially for those looking for a holiday in the spirit of peace and silence!
