We are happy to welcome you to our family house, where you will have the entire apartment with its own entrance. Take advantage of your own bathroom with a beautiful bathtub, a spacious kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a place to work on a PC. Ideal for longer stays, because you will find everything here as you would at home. Washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, hob and oven. The cottage has 2 separate bedrooms upstairs (4+4 beds), a sofa bed (2 beds) in the living room on the ground floor. Possibility to rent 2 cots. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. In the living room there is a children's corner with toys. The cottage is spacious and there is a possibility to spend time with children inside. There is a seating area and a sandpit in the front yard. There is a large garden with a fireplace and a slide by the house. Electricity and gas (heating) are paid on site based on real consumption. We rent April-October.

The cottage is situated in the village of Budislav on the edge of the cottage area of Záskalí. Around the cottage is an open grassy area, near a stream. It is suitable for a family with a baby and older children. It is an ideal base for those who want to spend a holiday in a beautiful environment surrounded by nature and tranquility. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 1 to 5 people in 2 bedrooms with a baby crib. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, grill, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, toiletries and cleaning supplies.

The unique Tiny house / caravan in a small village on the border of Toulovcovy Mastale offers quiet relaxation and at the same time a good starting point for hiking and cycling in the beautiful nature in the surrounding area. The tiny house has an equipped kitchen, bathroom and underfloor heating, thanks to which you can enjoy comfort even during the colder months. We built our mini house Pod Ořechy to maintain the maximum possible level of privacy and tranquility. It stands right next to a sheep enclosure and has a wonderful view of the forests and meadows. The cottage is small, but thoughtfully designed. It is located on a fenced property so that your four-legged pets can come with you. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-burning sauna with a romantic view, which you can use without restrictions. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

The cottage is a great starting point for hiking and cycling enthusiasts. Several marked trails intersect here. In winter, guests can use the marked cross-country trails or nearby ski slopes.
