Lovely cabins, very well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the view of the pond was simply beautiful. We felt instantly at ease and were amazed by how clean and cozy everything was, truly better than expected. Mark was so friendly and caring, offering genuine warmth and hospitality that made our stay even more special. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures show. It's an ideal location for anyone wanting to explore the area or simply relax. A hidden gem—I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating getaway. I honestly can’t wait to return!

A very quirky cottage, beautiful interior , lovely little garden with a seating area, parking for one car . Great location close to the high road , for provisions, coffee shops, restaurants, take aways etc( cottage very peaceful, no traffic noise) nice walks nearby for walking the dogs. Ideal location for me as I was visiting family and friends nearby . Owners live next door should you need them ( I didn’t , as everything was catered for) Will definitely be back . My stay at Kingfisher Lodge was the perfect weekend escape for me and my little staffy Freya, the properties garden is wonderful, great fun to explore and a perfect suntrap to indulge in a good book! The accommodation was clean and cosy with everything needed to relax and feel at home, with added goodies including bread, butter, eggs, jam, milk, tea, coffee, a fruit bowl and wine/beer. I slept great, the mattress was super comfy and the location is peaceful and quiet whilst being 10 mins drive from the lovely town of Bury St Edmonds and a 2 min walk from Norton Park which is a must if you're staying with a dog, it's a lovely walk with woods, a river and even a maze to enjoy. The host was friendly and accommodating and made our stay the best it could be, as did his lovely little dog Georgia. Would happily revisit. 5 stars all round.

This place is just stunning. Beautifully decorated and kitted out. Everything comfortable and homely. The hot tub was spotless and soooo lovely. Parking right outside your lodge. The setting is idyllic with the fishing lake just in front and it’s so very peaceful. You can feed the ducks as they come up to the lodges. There’s donkeys, geese, ducks, alpacas and peacock/hen. There even a games room on site with a snooker and pool table and dart board with lots of board games etc you can play. A lovely welcome package on arrival that included a bottle of Prosecco, bread, milk and biscuits. Really helpful guy on site that couldn’t do enough for us (think his name was David). Good comms with the owner Sharon. Would highly recommend.

We arrived in the dark and the area is very rural and so peaceful. We met Donna whilst taking the dog on a stroll around the farmland. Advised to take a good torch if walking at night. Lovely local pubs but a decent walk away, great villages and takeaways in nearby villages a 5 minute drive away. we stayed in and cooked a lovely meal the first night, perfect for a remote and quiet romantic stay, was sad to leave.

This is a beautiful cottage in an outstandingly enchanting location. Linda was a great host who stayed in touch and checked in on how we were getting on. There were so many thoughtful touches which were very much appreciated and over and above what we expected. The cottage was so well equipped, everything has been carefully thought through. A welcome hamper with luxury teas, coffees and local produce. Every appliance you could ever wish for and lots of things to do. We had a magical stay. We will definitely return and recommend to our friends.

Stunning 3 bed terrace close to Cambridge station

Anne’s place is an impressive modern house in the bones of a Victorian semi. The kitchen is a fantastic, light space, ideal for entertaining. There is also living room seating and an excellent TV and piano as part of the open plan area. The bedrooms are plain but incredibly clean and comfortable. Everything about the place just works. Communication is with an agency, but they were fast and helpful. It’s on a quiet, family street 10 minutes to the station and a short bus ride or 25-minute walk to the centre. Tip to anyone staying - you only need to tap the keypad, not push.

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

It’s a peaceful location and roomy enough for 5 people. Parking may be a bit hard to find but you can park in front of the garages on lowick gardens temporarily. The communication was good. I would recommend this place to others.

Gita is a wonderful host and her place I couldn't fault it. We have stay there various times while we have been working in Colchester and found it one of the best places to stay. we would recommend this to family & friends and we hope to return soon.

This was a great place to stay in Cambridge. It's not right in the city center but easily walkable to all the sights. Matt & Mari were very responsive and extremely patient with all our silly questions, and we ended up having to change our check-in date-time, and they were very flexible. The place is super cute. Cozy living room and a lovely new kitchen. We were lucky to have great weather while we were there, and there's a lovely little garden area out back where you could sit and relax. We never seemed to have time to do that, though, as we were busy taking in all the sights. Next time! Would love to come back.

Loved staying here. It was a beautiful place and perfect for our family of four. Even cooked Christmas dinner in the kitchen there.
