Situated on the route of the South West Coast path and in a fabulous central and level location you will be ensured a comfortable stay in the Lower Deck; a large self-contained basement apartment within a historical Grade II listed property. The Maritime Museum in Events Square and the bustling town with its numerous shops bars and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away. The beaches are a mere 10 minutes in the other direction. A stylishly furnished king-sized annex with its own private entrance. The room is at the back of our Victorian townhouse with its own ensuite shower room and private outdoor space. It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, stations and some of the university campus buildings. It is ideal for couples, parents visiting their kids at uni and business travelers. On-street parking is free. Garden sauna available on request Oct-March for £15ph.
