The hot tub on the terrace is available for a fee of PLN 180 per day, and we turn it on for a minimum of 2 days. An ideal place to relax from the city noise, lots of beautiful forest and mountainous areas, the Bóbr river, a horse farm, a bicycle path, hiking trails, many monuments, castles. The apartment is located close to the Ski&Sun ski lift and a few minutes' walk from the promenade in Świeradów-Zdrój. Beautiful mountain view from the balcony. The building has an Italian restaurant Monte Verde, with delicious Italian cuisine. The property is close to the city center. A large living room, two Smart TVs in the apartment and strong Wi-Fi provide entertainment, e.g. for children who miss Netflix :) There is a summer-winter mattress in the bedroom. Depending on your preferences, you can reverse it.

There are three independent cottages on our property, and two of them can be rented. They are quite far apart, so they offer a good level of privacy. Each of our properties can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. The cottages are fully equipped so you can cook in peace. We invite you with dogs that are welcome and we do not charge any fee for them.
