Riverside Cottage is a 2 Bedroom charming cottage dating from the 1920's built with the traditional honey coloured Cotswold stone. The house and garden is situated on the river Coln, where you have your own private access to the river, fishing and intimate viewing of the the wildlife. You have exclusive access to the property for your stay to relax outdoors with a BBQ, or cozy up to the wood fire and watch TV or read a book. Just outside the door are a multitude of footpaths and dining.

Set on the edge of the village in a quiet location with good access roads. A local pub & village shop within walking distance. There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path & bird watching points. 10 min drive away is Cirencester a vibrant market town.

Enjoy your time at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated in a private south-facing garden with full access to a tennis court and basketball hoop. The Bungalow is neighbouring a 100 acres country park known as Coate Water Nature Reserve. Within the 100 acres are a lake, woodland, including an arboretum and many walking and cycling trails. Also within walking distance of the Bungalow are shops and a popular Local Pub. Old Town, Cinemas and the Swindon Outlet village are all close by.

Nestling within the beautiful golden valley in the heart of the Cotswolds is The Stableyard, a recently converted stable building positioned next to a 16th century mill owner's house, The Old Valley Inn. The Cotswold Water Park is 5 minutes away by car and offers many activities including walking, cycling, sailing, fishing and paddle boarding.
