Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè immerse nella natura.

Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Chalet immerso nel verde, nel cuore della Valtellina. Situato in una zona tranquilla ma strategica per gli spostamenti verso le principali località turistiche. Nelle vicinanze piste ciclabili e sentieri per passeggiate nella natura. Tirano e la partenza del "Trenino Rosso" distano 7 km. Bormio con le piste da sci e i bagni termali dista 25km. Livigno, il Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, e molte altre incantevoli località sono raggiungibili in 1 ora circa. Posto ideale per chi cerca quiete.

La baita si trova in una posizione unicamente isolata ma facilmente raggiungibile, un equilibrio raro che regala privacy assoluta senza rinunciare alla comodità. Intorno, solo il bosco, il profumo della resina e una vista mozzafiato che si apre sulle montagne come un quadro che cambia con le stagioni. Geniessen sie den atemberaubenden Panoramablick von ihrer heimeligen Wohnung aus, inmitten einer herrlichen Bergwelt, abseits der Hektik des Alltags. Es erwartet sie, eine hochwertige Einrichtung mit vielen liebevollen Details. Eine offene, komplett ausgestattete Wohnküche mit angeschlossenem hellen, modernen Wohnbereich wartet auf Kochkünstler. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten laden zu erholsamen Nächten ein. Im Sommer steht unseren Gästen ein gemütlicher Sitzplatz bereit.

2022 neu erbautes Studio (ca. 35 m2, Erdgeschoss). Das Studio befindet sich im ausgebauten Heustall vom Engadinerhaus "Chasa Pütvia" aus dem 16. Jahrhundert. Zentrale Lage an Quartierstrasse, wenige Schritte zum Skibus/Postauto und nur 5 Gehminuten vom Dorfzentrum Scuol mit Geschäften, Restaurants und dem Wellnessbad "Bogn Engiadina" entfernt. Zum Langlaufzentrum und Loipe sind es ebenfalls wenige Gehminuten. Belegung bis 2 Personen (Kleinkinder nicht inbegriffen).

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Die Dachwohnung mit schönem Gartenblick und wunderbarer Weitsicht auf die Berge Piz Clünas und Muot da l’Hom, befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit angebautem Schafstall. Das Haus liegt zentral im schönen Bergdorf Ftan (1650 m.ü.M.). Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang. 1 Parkplatz (kostenlos) ist unterhalb des Hauses vorhanden. Ebenso haben unsere Gäste kostenlosen Wi-Fi - Zugang. Im Wohnbereich ist TV vorhanden.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen dem einzigartigen Mineralwasserbrunnen vor dem Haus, dem Vorplatz mit Original Unterengadiner Flair. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für paare, alleinreisende abenteurer, geschäftsreisende, familien (mit kindern) und grossen Gruppen für Familienfeiern

Ferienwohnung Tuor mit historischem Gerichtszimmer

Heimelige Wohnung in altem Engadinerhaus mit historischem Schlafzimmer (ehem. Gerichtszimmer) am Dorfbrunnenplatz, unweit von Laden, Bahnhof und Restaurant. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Biketouren und Schneesport. Hofeigene Produkte wie Käse, Eier und Honig können beim Gastgeber erworben werden. Auf Wunsch kann ein Frühstück bezogen werden. Gästekarte von CHF 5.-/Tag muss vor Ort bezahlt werden.
