The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a southwest-facing balcony with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a grill. On the large lot, shared with three other holiday apartments, there is a bonfire area as well as a swing set and sandbox for the children. The apartment shares the main door with the ground floor apartment, and from the entrance, you ascend the stairs to your own entrance door. Here, you enter directly into the cozy living room in a semi-open connection with the kitchen. The living room has access to the balcony and accommodates a dining area for 6 people, a sofa corner with armchairs, and a TV with Danish free channels. Large kitchen with ample workspace, stove with ceramic hobs and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. The total of 6 sleeping places are distributed in 1 good, bright bedroom with a double bed, a slightly smaller room with 2 single beds, in addition to 2 sleeping places on a sofa bed in the living room. Nice, well-furnished bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, and washing machine. There is a crib and a high chair for the little ones. Internet access. Only a short distance to the charming streets of Ebeltoft and good shopping opportunities to the north, and to the south, the child-friendly Øer Strand, known for shallow water, large sandbanks, and rich birdlife. Good opportunities for fishing and lovely cycling and hiking trails. 2 minutes walk from the most superb beach and close to National Park (Mols bjerge) you'll find our newly high quality renovated summerhouse - still with a cozy, calm and private atmosphere. The house is perfect for families of all ages and nature, sport and beach lovers. Great walking, trekking and MTB tracks in the great Mols bjerge nearby -and in the area. The beach is perfect for children/all ages with a not crowed atmosphere. Local area offers many experience and exploring possibilities.

Økologisk gård med ferielejlighed tæt på Kattegat.

På gården er der geder, grise og der produceres is og ost. Da der er produktion på gården, kan der forekomme støj fra maskiner, dyr og traktorer. Ud over at drive gården, driver vi også Cafè LøCroQ på havnen i Ebeltoft, som er eneste spisested på Djursland med det økologiske spisemærke i guld. Hvis man overnatter på gården, giver vi 20 % rabat på menukortet i cafeen. Hvis du mangler overnatning her og nu og kun er 1 eller 2, så ring på 61164732 og hør om det er muligt. Rengøring kan tilkøbes.

Lige ved havet - lys og lækker lejlighed (nr 11.1)

Lejligheden 'Udsigten' ligger blot 150 meter fra havet og midt i den vidunderlige natur lige op til National Park Mols Bjerge. Lejligheden er på 60m2 og er en selvstændig lejlighed med egen indgang, som en del af privaten på Blushøjgård Kursus- og Feriecenter. Lejligheden har udsigt mod alle fire verdenshjørner. Fra den hyggelige lyse glas-karnap i stuen er der havkig og udsigt over gårdspladsen mod udsigtspunktet Peter Dolmens høj, egnens højeste punkt Kalesbakke og Blushøjgårds æblelund.

Stort moderniseret stråtækt bondehus beliggende for enden af 300 meter markvej. Udsigt, ro, et stråtækt idyllisk hyggeligt gammelt landsted beliggende helt for sig selv. Der er marker omkring huset og meget godt for børn med gynge, sandkasse mm. Grillplads med udsigt til marker og solnedgang.. Min bolig er god til par, familier (med børn) og store grupper. Huset er dejligt stort i alt 180kvm med store værelser. 3 soveværelser med i alt 8 senge og en stue på 1 sal med en sovesofa til 2.

Old farm from 1734 with a large garden, pond and open landscape. We have bought our dream and would like to share it with you. The farm lies undisturbed surrounded by fields. Neighbors are far away - you might be visited by a deer or a pheasant, but other than that, you got it all to yourself. The farm is old and it shows. ceilings are low and if you are 180cm you will need to mind your head - you will learn quickly (the hard way...) There is 1000m to the beach and 4km to Ebeltoft.

Huset har et dejligt stort køkken, spisestue, stue og to soveværelser med dobbeltsenge og et børneværelse med en enkelt seng (elevation). Desuden badeværelse med brusekabine. Lukket indhegnet have og dejlig gårdhave med havepejs, hvor der altid kan findes læ. Fin sandstrand med badebro.

Our lovely apartment has a unique location just 200-300 meters from the sea and 1 km to the charming small town of Ebeltoft. See view form the living room and bedroom. Direct to Ebeltoft vig. The apartment is 130m2 and part of our farm with around 40 Icelandic horses and cats. It is both cosy and practical with large kitchen, living and bathroom.
