The beach of Sikia is just 4 km far from the house and some of the most famous beaches of Sithonia Chalkidiki are really close (Sarti 10km, Kavourotripes 17 km, Orange beach 17km, Kriaritsi 9km, Tigania 10km, Toroni 20km)

Το Studio Filio είναι μια πολυτελή κατοικία στα 150 μέτρα από την θάλασσα Βαλτί, στη Σιθωνία Χαλκιδικής. Περιβάλλεται από πράσινο και η παραλία έχει μαγευτική θέα το όρος Άθως.
