There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a table, a kitchen equipped with cookware,a bathroom and also one more WC. There is enough space for parking 2 cars. The beach of Sikia is just 4 km far from the house and some of the most famous beaches of Sithonia Chalkidiki are really close (Sarti 10km, Kavourotripes 17 km, Orange beach 17km, Kriaritsi 9km, Tigania 10km, Toroni 20km)

Το Studio Filio είναι μια πολυτελή κατοικία στα 150 μέτρα από την θάλασσα Βαλτί, στη Σιθωνία Χαλκιδικής. Περιβάλλεται από πράσινο και η παραλία έχει μαγευτική θέα το όρος Άθως. First floor independent apartment with two sleeping rooms,(one with double bed and another one with 2 single beds), living room, bathroom and kitchen. In front of the apartment is a big green garden. Apartment does not have an aircon but, stone thick walls are much better ! Kitchen is fully equipped, and also there is a barbecue area outside.
