Built in one of the most beautiful valleys in the Szekszárd wine region, our family semi-detached house awaits you and your friends with a huge garden, vines and forests. The neighborhood creates the opportunity to visit your favorite Hungarian wineries, hike, hike, sled in the dunes in the winter or retreat to the warmth of the fireplace, immerse yourself in your work, cook, play, read. It is located 8-10 minutes from the shore and 5 minutes from the shops on foot. There are 2 cats on the property, so no pets are allowed.

There is plenty of land around the old, renovated clay houses. There is no shortage of space here. Over 100 fruit and walnut trees. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.
