There is space for 4 cars in the enclosed courtyard, and a further 2 cars can be parked in front of the house. The accommodation also includes 2 bicycles for free use, a large garden barbecue, a garden shower and sun loungers. Our accommodation is pet-friendly – you can bring your little companion with you. The house's large, covered terrace can accommodate a group of up to 12 people.

It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. Our 45m2 private terrace is an ideal place for barbecuing, ping-pong matches. Our own 110m2 enclosed sports field is for active recreation. The living room-kitchen area is also more than 60m2, so even in bad weather, you can spend time in a great atmosphere, even by the fire in the fireplace.

The Champagne Apartment is a quiet, close to nature and discreet home, from where you can reach the center of Balatonfüred and the shores of Lake Balaton in a few minutes. Perfect for hikers and cyclists. The stairs to the gallery are steep, so come with children who are not yet climbing or are already climbing safely. I provide a travel bed, baby bath, changing mat, and high chair for babies.
