Wonderful place, beautiful surroundings and really friendly host!

We felt very comfortable right away. The apartment was clean, tastefully furnished and the equipment of kitchen utensils sufficiently available. The location is just wonderfully quiet, to relax. We recommend a trip to the island of Hiddensee, the ferry runs from Schaprode. Worth seeing if you are by car, the Skywalk am Königsstuhl followed by a visit to the 'Kleine Försterei', Cape Akona, a visit to the 'Büchezirkus' in Binz and of course the beautiful bathrooms. the only downside was the chairs in the living room/kitchen: too hard , "straight seats". otherwise everything was really perfect. kind regards marianne

We have stayed at the other place Allan has and really enjoyed this one as well. The location of the apartment is great and there are so many restaurants, bakeries and cafes within a close walking distance. The elevator made it easy to get all of our luggage up to the top floor with our 2 kids, which we really appreciated! Allan and Paulina were very responsive to any questions we had. The folder with all of the check in information had some great recommendations of things to do in the area. The entire apartment is very clean, bright and open and worked great for our family. We look forward to making another trip to stay here again. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend renting this apartment! I've had the opportunity to stay in it twice, and I've been very happy every time. The apartment is not only beautifully finished but also spotlessly clean. There were small amenities waiting for me, like a variety of teas and bottles of water, which was a nice gesture. The apartment is well thought out in terms of functionality. It has a place to eat, a comfortable couch to relax, and a separate bedroom, which allows you to rest comfortably with even two people, without disturbing other travelers. The location is also a big advantage. There are plenty of parking spaces under the block, making it easy to park right next to the entrance. During one of my visits, I traveled by public transport and I also had no problems – the place is well connected. I recommend this apartment to anyone who is planning a visit to Koszalin. The apartment is centrally located in Sellin, so you can quickly reach the pier and beach. The apartment is well-equipped and can be used well as a starting point for explorations. Very friendly hostess.

Basic but good place to stay a couple of nights. Easy to explore the city by foot from the location. There are bars nearby, but it was not too noisy on a Saturday night.

We spent some wonderful days here and felt completely comfortable. It was very clean, tastefully decorated, everything is available and state of the art. Also the beds are very comfortable! Everything is within walking distance, supermarkets, restaurants and also on the beach you are in about 10 minutes. We enjoyed the tranquility very much, because it was also easy to find here. Just went on vacation and will be happy to come back. It is made easy in such a beautiful ambiance to enjoy a break! Thanks for that.

We had a very nice stay at Dorota's house. The good communication for the arrival was very helpful. We were greeted super friendly and Dorota was always easily accessible and helped immediately. Sharing the kitchen with the guests in the other rooms was less problematic than I had feared, and everything we needed was there. I hadn't noticed that there were a lot of sloping ceilings in the room - I'm quite tall and had to get used to it. But you can actually see all that well in the photos... And the friendly hosts, the quiet location with still fairly short distances to the beach, and the beautiful surroundings completely made up for it. Therefore, I'd love to come back.

Apartment was bigger, very cozy with sofa corner and extra bedroom. Furniture and kitchen a little older, but tidy and clean. Location great, quiet residential area, not far to the beach and also not far to the center.

Christian and Angela were very good hosts. We felt well taken care of at all times, even though we couldn't get to know each other in person. The accommodation is very quiet, which exactly meets our expectations for vacation. For excursions, the two have created an information folder in which all the sights are listed. We particularly liked this, as there is something for everyone here. Thank you so much for letting us stay with you. I'd love to come back.

A clean, bright, spacious apartment with a small kitchenette, TV and a sofa in the living room where there are three of you. Otherwise there are only chairs, no armchair. The beds are comfortable, the mattresses covered with plastic. We overlooked the fact that you can bring your own bed linen in advance, so we paid an additional 15 euros per person for bed linen. The location is good, in 10 minutes you can walk to the pier. We thought it was a little petty that you had to buy your toilet paper yourself after the first two rolls.

Everything was great and straightforward. Although our request was super pontan. Only booked on the day of departure. Highly recommended.

Well equipped, nicely furnitured and clean flat, more spacious and bright than photos descibe. Located both close to main street, and adjacent to a nice bigger forest area (along the sea) suitatable for walks and bicycling. The flat is one of a limited number of flats in a building of resort architectural style having a helpful concierge and various equipment for share, such as grill, buckets & spades for sandcastles. A relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The communication with Markus was easy with quick resonse in either English or German. Markus also sent adequate information with perfect timing before arrival. I really recommend the flat for a nice, relaxing holiday att Rügen!

The apartment is unique with the unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea! The amenities corresponded to the description, in addition, the apartment was very clean! We will be back :)

We enjoyed the accommodation in the Westin House very much. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. And personally nothing was missing from our stay. We were able to park the car in a parking space provided for us in the garage. Particularly noteworthy is also the modern wellness area within the house, which invites you to stay. We would book this accommodation again anytime!

Very nice place to stay in a building with an upscale standard in a pleasant location. Downtown and beach within walking distance. Communication absolutely wonderful. Lars reacts and responds super quickly. You get the feeling that he wants to make your stay as pleasant and beautiful as possible. Very stylish interior of the apartment. Modern and high-quality materials were used. The highlight is the gym in the basement as well as the sauna and the roof terrace. Note: The apartment does not have an oven. Microwave and toaster are available. Overall 5/5 and a clear recommendation.

The place is beautifully and totally practically furnished and super organized. There was everything we needed. You enter the sports and swimming area directly without going out of the house. The surroundings are beautiful. You can explore the area on foot and are also at the supermarket. The communication with Danuta and Jens was super friendly. We've received lots of tips and support.
