Luxury Loft House by the sea next to Świnoujście

This holiday home near Świnoujście is perfect for families or a group of friends with their pets. The house is located in a quiet quiet area on the island of Wolin close to the most beautiful wild beaches with wonderful cliffs, several lakes, bike and hiking trails, and a golf course. It's a great base for other beach activities nearby. At the same time, we have peace and quiet, the west of the slogan admired from the deck, and the stars looking into the eyes .

Apartment on a lively seminar farm in nature

The 40 sqm apartment consists of a room with sleeping places for two people, private kitchen and bathroom. It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a plot of 6000 sqm, directly on the lake. On our large plot there is plenty of space to relax, with a small barrel sauna (min 15€ per heating donation for the wood), large trampoline, ping pong table, fireplace, Hollywood swing at the lake and of course space for outdoor food and barbecue.

The Parsęta apartment is located in the vicinity of the Parsęta river in a new building. It is a quiet interior in a location that guarantees proximity to the sea, lighthouse, promenade and central beach. A short distance from the railway and bus stations and the city center (just 5 minutes on foot). For guests traveling by bike, we have a free bike room. In my space, you can feel at home, enjoy the view of the river and enjoy the convenient location.

The small farm

A hideaway in the countryside! A small but nice construction trailer on the small farm, in the middle of the Uckermark. The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!

Staying by the lake

The apartment has a bedroom and a large living room with kitchen, of course a bathroom. Everything is practically and comfortably furnished. The small kitchenette has a stovetop with oven, fridge and everything you need for self-catering. A cozy sofa invites you to relax and you can have breakfast and barbecue on the large outdoor terrace.

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
