Our small holiday home “Cottage Small but Fine” is right in the center of the village, so there are many requirements within 150 meters such as: playground, Kulturház, post office and a supermarket. The Danube is located less than 750 meters from the cottage. Wonderfully central and equipped with all the comforts! The “Cottage Small but Fine” has been completely renovated and is suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child. We tried to create an atmospheric ambiance, which we think we did succeed!

The building is a monument building therefore regularly maintained in a demanding condominium. The apartment has been completely renovated with the aim of, among other things, a modern look and the complete satisfaction of the guests. Access can be arranged with a key safe on request. The apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment has wifi, cable TV, and air conditioning.

Native animals such as 30 Zackel sheep, goats, our cows, geese, ducks, chickens...

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Our modern, youthful accommodation is a comfy place in the city center of Pécs, only 100 meters far from Király street. The first-floor apartment is equipped with wide range of amenities (e.g. Netflix, wifi, Nespresso coffee machine) and a perfect accommodation up to 4 people, with magnificent view of the Mecsek Hill. It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother.
