Great place if you’re traveling with a group. Walking distance from the mall and diniwid beach. You can go to station 1,2,3 via beach shoreline. Reasonable price as well.

A unique place with unique people. I recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy the peace and the beautiful beach with a coral reef. This place isn't very touristy and you'll be able to meet great locals. We stayed in this wonderful place for 79 nights and will always be happy to come back. I recommend staying at least 1 month because this place will beautifully clear your head. Host Simon likes to give advice, lends a motorcycle. Local fishermen will bring you fresh fish, calamari, octopus, shells, and shrimp every day. You can buy regular groceries at a local small shop. Grilled fish at sunset is a great experience. We were visited by a few of our friends who were excited during our stay. Simon's dogs accompanied us for walks on the beach ..

Joyce place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is very near the (Touristic Attraction) and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area (10 to 15mins drive) But you can’t hear the noise of the streets in the apartment. The whole place made us feel at ease. Joyce was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when she welcomed us. I would definitely come again!

Very nice place, furniture was amazing, and very comfortable. There was some damage to buildings around the house and the pool was inoperative and dirty. That was expected due to the category 5 Typhoon the area had back in December

1. Ms. Mary was very accommodating and easy to talk to. She made sure that everything was prepared and fixed for us, including our transfers from the airport to her unit, and back. She also responds fast to queries. 2. Her unit was awesome! What you see is what you get. It is complete with everything you’ll need. Towels, tissues, kitchen tools, washing machine, and even extra beds and blankets. Truly suitable for those who desire to rent long term. 3. Location is about 10 minutes away from the main stations but there’s a free shuttle that can take you to the CityMall from 10am to 6pm, every 2 hours. Walking distance (10 minutes) to Newcoast’s own beach and the famous keyhole. There’s also a biking rental, go kart activities, and a bunch of food stalls near. Oceanway also has their own swimming pool and playground. My family and I enjoyed our stay! We’ll surely come back and make Ms. Mary’s place our go-to accommodation when going to Boracay! Very comfortable townhouse for both short-term and long-term stays. The house has everything you need to cook. Nice gifts upon check-in and check-out in the form of fruits, cookies and sweets. Drinking water is brought as needed for free. Bed linen is changed upon request. The mattress is comfortable. It was comfortable to sleep. The air conditioner works quite quietly. Wi-Fi was normal. The shower has hot water, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner. Very friendly and helpful hosts. They respond quickly in the chat and resolve all issues. They also helped me rent a motorbike for a month with a big discount. Grocery and food can be bought 5-7 minutes walk from the house. In my opinion, this is the best place to live in Odiongan. I liked everything. I highly recommend it.
