This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Welcome to our cozy and peaceful house where the whole family can relax. The house, which is only 15 minutes from central Stockholm and 5 minutes from Täby C, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a TV room, a large kitchen, a dining room, and two dedicated work spaces. Direct access from the kitchen and living room to the enclosed patio and terrace with a large lovely hot tub for 6 people. The house is perfect for couples and families. Fiber broadband 500/500, and charging station for the car.

Fridfullt och ändå centralt, med bil endast 20 min till Arlanda och 30 min till Stockholm. Stor, avskild trädgård, med många olika trädgårdsrum för alla aktiviteter, sinnen och åldrar. 10 min till tåg/buss som tar er till Stockholm city på 40 min. Platsen har anor från Vikingatiden, runstenar och vandringsleder utanför dörren. Abba växte upp här i Vallentuna.

Enkel toalett och dusch ca 90 meter ifrån. Endast dusch under sommaren. Max plats för 2 personer.

Njut av en elegant upplevelse på detta centralt belägna boende i Roslags Näsby. 5 min till direktbussar och tåg som du kan ta dig in till stan (ca 12min) med tåget.) I närheten finns stort köpcenter (Täby centrum). 15 min gångväg till bad. Här har ni ett nybyggt boende med alla bekvämligheter. Tyst och fridfull omgivning. Parkering utanför huset. Arbetsyta och fullt utrustat kök. Sovloft med plats för 2 personer samt bäddsäng för 1 person. Handduk tvål & Schampo finns på plats.

Den är fullt utrustad med alla husgeråd som behövs inklusive diskmaskin, vattenkokare, micro, TV med Chromecast, tvättmaskin med torktumlare, lakan, täcken, kuddar, handdukar och har tillgång till gratis wifi. Vi tillåter 2 vuxna och två små barn

The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.

Det finns flera fina sjöar runt omkring och blåbär, svamp och lingon att plocka. Ni tar er hit via Roslagsleden etapp 5 eller via buss 621, 626 från Danderyds sjh eller Åkersberga. Promenaden är sedan ca 3 km. Parkeringsplats för bil finns också som alternativ
