Hi, we're a family renting out an attefalls/ tiny house at Sofiehem. Proximity to the river, hospital and university campus. The house is 25 sqm plus a sleeping loft and terrace. The location is cozy, calm and quiet. Large terrace with patio furniture and possibility to borrow a barbecue. Green and lush garden. If you have difficulty climbing up to the sleeping loft, there is an extra bed to set up in the house. The decor is new and fresh, and the home feels bright and cozy. Close to airport and stop for the airport bus.

Wood-fired sauna & hot tub are available, SEK 750/4h hot tub, SEK 750/4h sauna. Bed linens/towel rent SEK 150 per person. Hot tub is not guaranteed when booking takes place less than 5 days before.(cleaning, chem and chlorine) Enjoy the view, nice walking trails, close to central town, nature reserve, Ica maxi & Avion.

Here you live calm and peaceful ten minutes from Umeå. Own house (farmhouse) 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed is available in the form of a nice sleeping mattress to put on the floor. Toilet with shower that also houses a combined washer and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200 cm and an extra bed box spring mattress 80x200 cm, with mattress topper.

Fast internet and free parking outside the apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area close to nature and a lake. 10-minute walk to the local bus that goes directly to the city center without any changes. The bus runs 6 times per hour on weekdays and 4 times per hour on weekends.
