We are offering our home with 60 m² (650 sqft) of living space and 36 m² (390 sqft) of terrace space on the famous Yongkang street. Please note that the apartment is a 5th floor walk up with NO lift/elevator. Reduced headroom height in the shower so not suitable for anyone taller than 1.85 m (6 ft). Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate kids or infants. Be aware that you will have to spend time to sort and take out your own rubbish tobe collected at appointed times with rubbish trucks.
