This listing is a private house and can accommodate up to 2 cars.Depending on the vehicle type, you can park about 4 vehicles.If you have 3 or more vehicles, please tell us the vehicle model. Four people can sleep in the Japanese-style room on the first floor and five people can sleep in the bedroom on the second floor. The view from Roadside Station Kugino is also superb. In winter, you can warm up by the fireplace, and in summer, you can come to cool off because it is a summer resort. Children can run around in the large lawn garden. Shampoo, body soap, and bath towels are provided for each guest. We do not provide toothpaste or toothbrushes. Please make a reservation with the correct number of people. I'm checking the outside surveillance cameras. If we find out that the number of guests is different, we will charge 20,000 yen per night. In order to be fair regarding cancellation fees, we will charge the cancellation fee as per the policy, regardless of the reason. It can accommodate up to 10 people. 7-8 minutes by car from the center of Takamori Town. Kondaya is located in a quiet villa area surrounded by forests. You can also use the private dog run located about 10 minutes by car from Konda-ya (Shirakawa, Minami Aso Village). The facility is in the Aso forest. Unlike in the city, insects may invade the room in various situations, such as when you open doors and windows, but in the case of accommodation in the mountains, it is the same for any accommodation. We renovated a 160-year-old traditional house in 2023. The total site is 700 tsubo (2300 m ²), and the building is 170 m ², making it very spacious. While it is an 8-minute drive to Kumamoto Castle, it is a cottage where you can relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle. The garden is full of trees and flowers, including a large camphor tree that has been there for over 160 years, black pines, Japanese maples, and bamboo forests, so you can enjoy the trees and flowers in all seasons. The host lives in the adjacent building, so you can feel at home. The host lives next house, but of course will not disturb you unless guest's requests. Our 花hana is located at the foot of Mt. Aso, so we coexist with the wild animals and rich nature.
