The building was built in 1979 with a distinctive architectural design.With its wooden ceiling, atrium corridor and skylights that pour in bright light, this is a unique space that you wouldn't believe was built half a century ago.We have incorporated modern interiors into the accommodation, creating a calm atmosphere for families and groups. On the ground floor, there is a bright living room facing the garden and a Japanese-style room, and there are plenty of toys and picture books for children to play with.There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, so it is comfortable for multiple families and groups.There are also rooms that can be used as workspaces, making them ideal for remote work or long-term stays. It is also well accessible, about 6 minutes by car from the city around the station.There is also a parking lot for 3 cars, making it an ideal base for sightseeing and events, or for a special stay with friends and family. Close to Tobu Shim-Imaichi Station, you might even hear the steam whistle of the Taiki if you're lucky in the evening. 8-tatami Japanese-style room (bamboo room), 6-tatami Japanese-style room (temple style), 8-tatami living room (retro style) IH kitchen, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, fridge, washing machine, gas dryer, etc. are fully equipped, so you can use this place as a base for sightseeing in Nikko, Kinugawa, Ashio, and Kuriyama. There is also a parking lot, making it ideal for touring with fellow bikers. Breakfast is a free loaf of freshly baked bread (home bakery). It is a Japanese house surrounded by lush greenery. The space available for rent is 120 ㎡ (about 70 tatami mats). 7 minutes by car from the Kan-etsu Expressway, Hanazono Interchange. Free parking for 4 cars is available. It is a 9-minute walk from Hachioji Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. Since it is a private rental, we can only allow 1-2 people to stay for up to 7 consecutive nights. Long-term stays are possible for 3 or more people. Please use it for sightseeing such as Nagatoro, Chichibu, and Ikuno, or for work. You will have the entire first floor of a rural house to yourselves.
