This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and toilets on the first and second floors. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. Sightseeing by car is also very convenient, with an interchange nearby.

Located in Uji, one of the settings of the Tale of Genji, it is a house with pure floors, located in a quiet residential neighborhood. During the day, you can enjoy sightseeing spots such as Heiden-in Temple, the Genji Museum, and the Nintendo Museum, as well as experience-based events such as strawberry picking and tea picking. The accommodation was created with care to make it fun for children. There is a 100-inch screen, a loft that looks like a secret base, and hammocks, so children can enjoy themselves freely, and it is a relaxing space where you can enjoy tea time and dinner, such as matcha sweets, while watching over your children. We also have a manga, "Asaki Yumemishi", based on the Tale of Genji, so you can immerse yourself in the elegant world. Built in the early Showa era and long used as a tea ceremony classroom, the townhouse has been reborn as a private rental inn, "Kyomachiya Cottage karigane". It is a 1-minute walk to the hot springs and Daikokuji Temple, which has deep ties to tea.
