The house is the last on the street, not much traffic. It has a nice terrace in front and along the side of the house with an outside shower. There is complete kitchen-ware & towels and bed linens are included. There's AC in the living room and in 2 bedrooms. ***AC must be switched off whenever you leave the house otherwise you'll be charged extra afterwards. Scooters available for rent for an extra cost. Paradis Villa B3 - 50 meters to Private beach

Right at the beach. Restaurant-Massage-Minigolf-Table tennis-Daily claning-Office helps with taxi etc.-Rent a tuk-tuk or scooter-3 bedrooms with double bed-Air condition in all room. Transfer from Phuket Airport can be ordered for THB 2.800. Daily utility fee THB 100 adults (THB 70 children) Electricity by consuments - 11 THB each used unit. This has to be paid in the reception before departure. 30% non refundable charge when booking. If cancelled 60 days before, the rest will be paid back.

One of 4, clean and spacious bungalows, each with a king bed and a roomy bathroom with a hot shower area. Every room has AC, a small refrigerator, WiFi, robes, and a safe. We have a guest kitchen, exercise room, and dry sauna. There are several restaurants within a short walking distance, the bungalows are opposite the world-renowned Rawai Muay Thai Camp and there are several Thai massage places within walking distance. There are multiple beaches that are about a 7-minute drive away.

Paradis villa consists of 30 similar houses, a large and a small pool, restaurant, beach bar, mini golf, massage, etc. all excursions are booked in the restaurant. Moped can be rented in the restaurant. Payment of bills from the bar and restaurant is settled about every 3 days. I order taxi from phuket airport for you. 2800 bath cover minibus, boat and local taxi electricity according to consumption is paid upon departure.
