Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Talladega County

Tony's lake house was the perfect place to stop on our multi-state road trip! We were there for a quick one day + one night stop and it was fantastic. We had some family/friends in the area, and this was the perfect place for them to stop by and visit with us while we were in town. There was plenty of space, the view was incredible, the kayaking was an amazing bonus feature, and the ability to grill & make smores with the fire pit on site was perfection! Tony was so accommodating and always fast to respond. I cannot say enough positive things about this location, and I would absolutely stay there again!

Caryn communicated answers to my questions quickly and after I inquired about the availability of a crock pot, she made sure to leave it on the counter where I could find it. The house is in a beautiful wooded area and my grandson just adored looking at all the cows. The house itself is beautiful and I can see why people would want to be married there. The home was clean, and despite a few minor things, we had a wonderful time. Remember, though, the house is in the country. Walmart and other conveniences are not around the corner. But Caryn provided everything we could use as far as towels for 9 and paper plates and cups. The coffee station with pods was very useful.

we had a pleasant stay in drunken Springs. this was a beautiful house and was very welcoming. the kitchen had everything you would have needed and so did the bathrooms. The rooms were very decorated and nice. Michael was very quick to respond to messages and helped with everything needed!

Loved my stay. The leather couches recline with a footrest, and are like being in a movie theatre with the large tv and very comfortable. The place was very clean. Love my stay!

If you’re looking for 5 star, it is not that. But if you’re looking for a great place to spend time together with your family and great place on the lake, Joan’s place is perfect. Highly recommended location.

Great little place with everything you need.

This beautiful apartment is a hidden gem in the heart of the historic Downtown area of Talladega! Sunny and Rusty have truly captured the soul of this home in every detail. The entire space is ample for relaxing including a formal parlor that has a fairy tale library feel that you never want to leave. The den has a comfortable sleeper sofa and TV for gathering to watch an evening movie. The space continues with a full, well appointed kitchen with numerous luxury touches throughout. The owners have crafted a true "at home" feel with every detail. The hall bath has a huge claw foot tub for soaking that further draws you into that time period of days gone by. The Master Bedroom is located off of the den area with more fairy tale feels such as the draped bed with luxurious linens, an extremely comfortable mattress, and a beautiful en suite. This home is not another Interstate stopover, but a true experience. The church bells from across the street are, well heavenly. Highly recommend!!!

What a great trade-off to a hotel stay! So roomy and quiet. Neighborhood is walkable and friendly. It's also really convenient if you need to hop on the Interstate 20. Wendy is a great host!! Very responsive and friendly. There aren't many options in Moody area. Don't hesitate this one is worth it!

Great place to stay, close to a lot essential locations, especially if you work at the Depot. Will look this place up whenever I'm in Anniston.
