Perfect position - positioned like an eyrie above Wategos Beach - we loved sitting on the balcony watching the ever changing sea and surfing scene. Plentiful whales and dolphins were an added bonus! Jane’s place is private and has everything one needs. Not flash but extremely comfortable and thoughtfully presented and equipped. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Just spent a week on holidays, everything was as described. The house was spotless, easy walk to town , beach only 100 metres away out the back door and through the dunes via a track, very quiet location. Loved it.

We loved our stay at Kev's place, location was fantastic and house was so comfortable and clean. Exceeded our expectations and all the little touches make the stay a 10/10. Would certainly return!

The house was nestled up on a hill with beautiful views of the ocean and stars at night. The house was nice and spacious, especially the deck. However, it was not well maintained. We experienced a broken fan and a broken tool to open the windows that were too high to reach. Part of what makes this house really special is the beautiful big windows that look out onto a stunning view. However, there were no screens and it was quite warm in the house unless the windows were open. At night we felt the need to close the windows due to bugs, which made it a bit uncomfortable for us in the evenings.

Beautiful and peaceful location with an incredible view. Paul’s home is very well stocked and has everything you need for your stay. The large kitchen makes it easy to cook up a feast for your big groups. Bedrooms and amenities were comfortable (great to have a dog friendly option). Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing home for our 2 families of 10! Fantastic home in an ideal location ~ close to great cafes, restaurants and great beaches. The home was absolutely perfect with lots of added extras including pantry items, cleaning products, coffee pods and beach towels. The kids had an amazing time using the bikes, paddle boards and canoes left for us to use. Our host Keisha was extremely helpful and very quick in responding to our questions. We will definitely be back to visit! Thank you 😊

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and the location is excellent as you are within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach.

Cyclone Alfred didn’t scare some off us away, we booked for a group off women to have a girls trip and the man himself “Alfred” made it that only 12 ladies attended. We had a great time, house is beautiful big and roomy, we didn’t have any out door furniture due to weather but we made do. Very private location, driveway very steep, pool table was amazing in wet weather, we still swam in the pool. The only negatives was the gutters were blocked so the water was coming over the top right near front carport and near kitchen window so was very loud being we had the doors open due to the power loss. Which would not be an issue if not raining 😁 Communication was amazing and we were even offered to stay a night for free if we wanted so we didn’t have to drive in such heavy rain. We did have some trees fall which was from Alfred but let’s be honest how often does the Gold Coast get a cyclone🤦🏻‍♀️only when we booked a girls trip. 🤣 Thank you for your beautiful house: PS.. 93 steps from end

I had an excellent experience staying at this property! The hostess was incredibly responsive and made communication so easy throughout our stay. She was also very flexible with check-in, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The house itself was fantastic—spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable holiday. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore the area, this property is perfect. Lovely secluded place to stay in easy walk of cavill and main shops We stayed for 12 days and it was a good space with lots of kitchen equipment Pool is more like a dipping pool size

The accomodation is so amazing, beautiful with everything locally at our fingertips .. We sadly would only have one inside suggestion more comfortable seating in the lounge room not enough to all sit around for conversations and again for outside more outdoor seating, just a couple more pool noodles for adults to just float with would be amazing, all in all the host the property the experience was wonderful

I had an amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive to every detail, making sure I had everything I needed. The house itself was clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, plus some delightful extras. The beds were super comfortable, and I appreciated the cozy touches throughout, like the plush blankets, ambient lighting and central air conditioning. The location was perfect—quiet neighborhood but close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. I especially enjoyed the indoor space and billiards area; it was a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! If you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable place to stay, look no further. I’d definitely come back on my next visit!

Stunning property that worked so well for our family. Lots of attention to detail. Great flow with thoughtful interior design pieces created a relaxed haven . Highly recommend Lolitas Mexican and the Spice Den. Daniel and Aimee were super responsive and helpful when we requested an earlier check in. Close for beach walks, a trip to Byron Bay and visiting family in Burleigh Heads. Professionally run by excellent hosts who we couldn't fault and can't wait to return.

Fantastic stay here. Hosts were tremendously helpful accommodating us at very late notice. Responsive and everything was in order and matched the descriptions and instructions. Lovely, clean place. Private location, but easy to get transport to the beach and reastaurants

great location and amenities. sauna was an awesome feature with the pool. also great opportunity for plane watching. very clean bedrooms although the double beds could make it a tight squeeze for two adults parking is on the street which worked fine mostly but might be tricky for young families with stuff to carry particularly in the rain. might occasionally have to park further away

A fantastic home in a great location. Just bad timing with builders replacing decks and making a lot of noise from 7.45am but once the new decks are completed that will be a great improvement. We were out most of the day so not too inconvenient.

This was a great affordable place for a family to stay and explore the Gold Coast. Everything is 20-30 minutes away, which is fine. We would go out exploring all day or to the Theme Parks and come back for a peaceful quiet swim and relax afterwards. It was great to be able to prepare our own food.

This was an amazing house in an ideal location, close to theme parks, restaurants, harbour town and has a beautiful pool. Lots of room for our family of 6 and Mel was an excellent host and communicated quickly, friendly and was really helpful. Although this is their home not a professional Air Bnb the house is very clean, inviting and clutter free when you arrive and doesn’t feel as though you are invading someone else’s space. Easy parking, entry and had everything we needed for a great 7 night stay.
