The Grosseck/Speiereck ski resort is 4 minutes by car, the Aineck/Katschberg ski resort is 8 minutes by car, the Obertauern, Fanningberg and Mauterndorf are 20 minutes away by car. The ski bus stop is 100 meters from the house. Many hiking trails are right in front of the house.

The Franzosenstüberl is a quaint old cereal box and offers the highest living culture for two to four people on 40 m2 (two floors). The upper floor consists of living room, built-in double bed and single bed as well as a couch (a crib is also possible). A flat screen TV is available for long evenings.
