Holiday rentals in Tamuning

The last 15 days at Ocean Villa Unit 205 before leaving Guam made my four years on the island truly special. Indescribably beautiful sunsets, barefoot walks on the beach, and reading under the trees have all made Guam an unforgettable memory. I hope those visiting Guam get to experience these moments as well.

It was very nice and spacious. Loved the house and how clean it was. Provided everything we needed. It was a good spot because you can walk to many places. The only thing is it gets loud on Friday nights because of the club. But overall it was good.

Our stay was wonderful from the moment we arrived till we left. I highly recommend the place! My husband and I were very comfortable. Our hostess Carol was very helpful in any question I had which was a plus for me! Definitely would stay there again!

It was a suitable accommodation for groups with friends! You can use the swimming pool, and the location of the accommodation was so nice to access the city.I was satisfied without being noisy. I think it was uncomfortable because my jaw was high when I dragged and parked. Apart from that, it was a satisfactory accommodation ~ ~!

Had a great stay at Nicoles place. When we arrived the hot water heater was not working properly. Nicole had it replaced and we had had water in 2 hours!! Very responsive and great location.

Highly recommended for family trips and large groups! We were a group of 5 adults and 2 children, and after looking for a resort, we chose Airbnb in the end and it was an excellent choice. After putting the kids to sleep, we were able to sit at the dining table in the evening and have a beer and talk together, and there were two low-floor double beds in one room, so it was really nice to sleep with the kids. (I was worried because I had fallen off the high bed) The other two rooms were high beds. And there were also toys, so the kids took it out and played well. (I knew there were toys, so I didn't take them from Korea.) And it's also a great advantage that Koreans can communicate in Korean! I was able to inquire and get an answer without any hassle. There was a washing machine and a dryer, so laundry was possible right away. I also appreciated the drinks you put in as a service. The location was also not far from the main street, so it was nice to go around. We used a rental car to use it more comfortably, but the hotel Grand Plaza, which can be picked up, is within walking distance, so it's not too difficult to apply for a tour. (Most of the shopping streets and restaurants were within 10 minutes by rental car.) And most of all, we left a mistake in the house, and we were so grateful for your generosity. I made a lot of good memories at a good accommodation in Guam.

We really loved this house with its layout, amenities and host. We even had daily entertainment with friendly cats, scratching hens and obnoxious roosters! It was a Fantastic tale off point for either direction. It brought back many memories for the two of us that served on Guam and a great getaway for our companions.
