The place was great, exactly what we were looking for. It was a comfortable, clean place to stay and Jake was quick to respond to any messages I sent. I liked the decor, the furniture and beds were comfortable and all the amenities were there, as described. The beach and stores were walkable and we felt right at home. After reading other reviews, yes there’s 3 flights of stairs, but I welcomed the exercise after all the eating we did and you don’t need much hot water for shower in Guam. All 5 of us took showers in a row at the temp we wanted with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

The view of the bay and coast is terrific, underground parking is nice because it is out of the sun and an easy walk to the elevator.

My family of four stayed together.The room was very beautiful, the interior was cute, it felt clean, and even four adults had a very spacious stay.Also, the view from the window is amazing, and you can have a wonderful time while watching the beautiful sea in the morning and evening. There was a problem with the facilities during our stay, but the host, Kukuri, was quick to respond and follow us very politely and meticulously from booking to our stay. I definitely want to use it again when visiting Gram.Thank you very much!

He was a great and trustworthy host. Parking was also easy to understand and free, which was very good. We'd love to visit again.

We loved the location and it being right on the beach was just what we were wanting. It was spacious and accommodated our family nicely. They do need to stock their kitchen with basic things like dish soap , garbage bags , paper towels , measuring cups, salt pepper a few bowls for cooking. We had to go buy those. Otherwise an amazing place

Highly recommended for family trips and large groups! We were a group of 5 adults and 2 children, and after looking for a resort, we chose Airbnb in the end and it was an excellent choice. After putting the kids to sleep, we were able to sit at the dining table in the evening and have a beer and talk together, and there were two low-floor double beds in one room, so it was really nice to sleep with the kids. (I was worried because I had fallen off the high bed) The other two rooms were high beds. And there were also toys, so the kids took it out and played well. (I knew there were toys, so I didn't take them from Korea.) And it's also a great advantage that Koreans can communicate in Korean! I was able to inquire and get an answer without any hassle. There was a washing machine and a dryer, so laundry was possible right away. I also appreciated the drinks you put in as a service. The location was also not far from the main street, so it was nice to go around. We used a rental car to use it more comfortably, but the hotel Grand Plaza, which can be picked up, is within walking distance, so it's not too difficult to apply for a tour. (Most of the shopping streets and restaurants were within 10 minutes by rental car.) And most of all, we left a mistake in the house, and we were so grateful for your generosity. I made a lot of good memories at a good accommodation in Guam.

This is a cozy three bedroom apartment. We rented two bedrooms of it. Pretty inner design, excellent location (walking distance to beach). WiFi is strong. Assigned parking. Vma replaced the air condition in the living room the same day I told her the old one had some issue. And she also brought us bathroom and kitchen supplies when they run out.

Unbeatable location and amazing private beach. Super friendly host and housekeeping was amazing. The front desk personnel were responsive and helpful with whatever we needed

Older, but immaculate condo that was easily the most well-stocked AirBnB I have ever stayed at. It’s obvious that lot of thought and time went into the decor. The views from the patio are ridiculous. John was an absolutely fantastic host and I can’t recommend this place enough.
