Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tân Phú

Vincent’s 4 level home was nice. Convenient location and close to family. Private gate access away from general public in the alley. 1 or 2 blocks away has good coffee shop called Xoai Coffee and sandwich/pho stand. Easy access for Grab taxi anytime.

Good value for money. Traffic around can be quite awful during peak hours. And, the taxis usually have to make quite a big detour to reach hotel, even though on the map the neighbourhood does not look that big. If you have specific programs, then need to plan carefully to avoid being held up by the heavy traffic.

Surprisingly well

Than Tung was a great host. He is very friendly/welcoming and offered great advice for travelling Vietnam. I'm glad I spent 6 days staying with him in his air bnb. As for the amenities everything was perfectly fine for a traveler like me. The neighborhood is away from the tourists areas so when you're there you'll just be treated and feel like you're one of the locals. Everyone there just goes about their daily lives. Nobody is going to bother or try to sell you anything like they do in other tourist districts. There's also plenty of good places to eat. Than Tung will be happy to show you where to go.

I stayed here to transition from a long summer vacation in the US back to Vietnam. Thien and Kim are the nicest people you could ever meet. Quiet, clean, respectful, funny, generous, and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for better hosts for my situation. I highly recommend them and their room.

The stay was one of the best we’ve had in the month we stayed in Vietnam, the location was beautiful, the host was responsive and helpful. The overall area is fantastic, would definitely recommend as there was a lot of space and we had 7 people
