Had an enjoyable stay at Tessie's place. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from The Westin Hotel and Residences Manila and Shangri-la EDSA Hotel. Both 5 star luxury hotels located in premier city addresses all over the world.

We had a good stay in boutique house. The only thing is there is a stinky smell from one of the room that we don’t know from where it’s coming from. And the pool is kinda cloudy, we felt like it is not clean however the caretaker assures us that they change the water every 3 months. The caretaker is always available which is good and the ambiance is so homey.

We are a repeat guests over and over. Ms Ida’s unit is one of our favorite airbnb place. It has become our go to. But unfortunately, her studio is not always avail. It’s always booked and it’s not surprising to my daughter and I. The bed is super comfy!!! The location is perfect, super quiet, very clean and just so perfect for two♥️ Huge thanks to Ms Ida and her caretaker cleaner, Ate Luz for making our stay so spot on!

The pool is inviting and well-maintained, offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Comfortable Accommodation: The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-furnished, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. The attention to detail in maintaining the rooms ensures a pleasant stay, allowing guests to feel at ease and rejuvenated. Sustain: - great communication with hosts - optional parking space close to elevator - inviting and attentive reception staff - incredible helper provided for check in - 5 star location and property is very tidy - pool is serviced daily - instructions for laundry are clear and unit works great - beds are restful and clean, smell great - bathrooms are well maintained and clean - air conditioner in rooms work well - silverware and cooking set provided is good - competitively priced for location - overall 4.5 / 5 stars! improve: - listing instructions are clear but I suggest directional bearings (N, S, E, W) - address provided for listing is incorrect and taking Grab or a taxi will send you behind the building entrance. - air conditioner in common area is quite chilly even set to higher temperatures. - main door to balcony has a pinch point flaw with locking mechanism, suggest to service door or update instructions to tilt handle upwards before engaging lock.

Monariz was a wonderful host, The place was clean and had all the amenities that I needed, felt right at home. The Front desk Security was friendly and active 24/7 no matter what time I returned to residence. The residence was In a convenient location and many restaurants and markets were in walkable distance, I enjoyed going to the park right up the block for my morning runs. would definitely recommend the place if you're looking for something that's convenient to the surrounding manila area!

We were a group with small children and the space worked out perfectly for us. It's a true 3-bedroom condo. The space was clean. A/C worked in all the rooms. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. The property itself was in a great location. It was walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and a shopping center. Most importantly, we felt safe. Although, if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing a noise machine. Two of the rooms have windows that face the main street and the noise can be loud all hours of the night. Otherwise, this was a great property.

Gabby’s Farm - Narra Villa has breathtaking views of Taal and Mt Makiling. It is an extraordinary bahay kubo, especially at night; it illuminates the nature. The whole place is very neat and clean. The host and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Definitely we will book again soon. Thank you!

Weekend well deserve partnered with a great place to stay where you can relax and have fun even if you are just inside the condo. Highly recommended place. Very clean and quiet and the hosts are very accommodating.

Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

Nice and clean with all the needed amenities. Location is great, walking distance to Manila Runway leading to NAIA T3. Close to restaurants, personal services, and World Resort Mall. I'll use this place again.

We had a good experience during our stay. Unit is the same as described. However, the lighting in the bathroom is darker than what we are accustomed. Checkin is smooth. One improvement that the unit needs is better internet connection. We get intermittent connection that we mostly used out mobile data instead

What a wonderful place to end my 2 week vacation in Philippines. Me and my friends enjoyed so much. Very spacious, clean, had an awesome view of the city and is easily walkable to so many restaurants and establishments. Just what we needed for a short Manila stay. Will definitely book again in the future!

Overall a good place to stay. 10-15 min walk to mall/grocery/BGC *** Only issue is that there are Roaches 🪳, like A Lot. I don’t think it’s specific to this unit, the whole building has them. During my 7 day stay I personally killed about 30-40 of them. They are BOLD. Come walking right on the counters middle of day, even with lights on and you sitting there. I personally grew up with roaches 🪳 so it wasn’t the end of the world, but if you don’t have a tolerance for them this unit is not for you. A bit smaller in person than it looks in the photos. The building staff/community were all very friendly and welcoming.

We had an amazing stay! The space was beautifully designed, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making our stay even better. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

Great Internet, Netflix. hot shower, very comfortable bed and walking distance to restaurants and shopping at Resorts World which is only a 5min walk.
