I stayed in the Tandil hills in this modern, exquisite designer house with radiator heating. It has 3 spacious bedrooms with air-conditioning/heating, divan beds, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a fenced and private garden, a swimming pool, a barbecue and a veranda with garden furniture. It is located in the heart of the El Cerrito neighbourhood, a stone's throw from shops, restaurants and walks along Avenida Brasil, and very close to the hiking trails in the mountains. A quiet area with great connections to the centre.

The house is located in the Golf neighborhood in the city of Tandil. A place at the foot of the mountains, quiet, peaceful, ideal for relaxing and connecting with nature. The neighborhood is very quiet and family-friendly. It's an area of large houses with large gardens. The house is one block from the “Las Animas” trail for walking in the mountains. It is a 10-minute drive to downtown and just a 5-minute drive to two avenues (Av. Brasil and Av. Falucho) with butchers, bakeries, greengrocers, etc.
