It has 3 large bedrooms with hot/cold climate control, box spring mattresses, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a fenced, private green park, a pool, a grill, and a porch with garden furniture. It is located in the heart of the El Cerrito neighborhood, steps from shops, restaurants and walks along Av. Brasil, and very close to hiking trails in the mountains. A quiet area with great connections to the center.

The neighborhood is very quiet and family-friendly. It's an area of large houses with large gardens. The house is one block from the “Las Animas” trail for walking in the mountains. It is a 10-minute drive to downtown and just a 5-minute drive to two avenues (Av. Brasil and Av. Falucho) with butchers, bakeries, greengrocers, etc.
