Located in the quiet and traditional residential neighborhood of Golf Antiguo de Tandil, 15 minutes from downtown. Living/dining room with fireplace, kitchenette, full bathroom and rooms with air conditioning and gas heater. It has an L-shaped gallery with a ping-pong table, foosball, Paraguayan hammocks, and a grill. We have a pool shared with Guido's family (bring deck chairs, tarpaulins and pool towels). A well-stocked pantry just 2” away (one and a half blocks).

An ideal place to relax at the foot of the mountains and easily access them to explore them. Comfortable country house with a large park crossed by a stream, varied grove and dream view. A place for 5 people but can be adapted for up to 9 (adding an additional one) with armchairs available in the gazebo space located in the same house. Just 5 minutes from downtown and a short walk from Paseo La Cascada.
