This studio has 1 queen bed, it is cosy with a small Kitchenette & Separate bathroom. Across the road is Anderson Park to enjoy. A few minutes walk to Greenmeadows shops, supermarket, cafés, fish & chips, Indian, Thai, pizza etc. A few minutes drive by car to: Church Road Winery & Mission Winery. We will supply tea, coffee and milk only. (no breakfast supplied) * There is NO oven so unfortunately NO cooking facility apart from a normal microwave oven, toaster, kettle.

Light Breakfast & Super-King Comfortable Bed

Our home is situated in a quiet area of Taradale and a 10 minute easy walk to the village & close proximity to Church Road and The Mission wineries. Great location to walkway/cycle ways into Napier. Dolbel reserve is on our doorstep with a number of walking trails to explore. Taradale has cafes, bars, and restaurants as well as plenty of shops to browse in. Our lovely warm Hawke's Bay summers are perfect for the many events and concerts available.

Welcome to sunrise on Churchill Drive. We offer a fully self contained and private apartment set on the ground floor of our home. There are vast views through to the Marine Parade, Te Mata Peak and across the city. Upon arrival you can either check yourself in with a lock box or we are happy to let you in if we are home. A little bit of country on the city's doorstep

Lovely clean, modern, private, self contained studio located close to Taradale and an easy drive to Napier, Hastings or Havelock North. It has it's own dedicated entrance with self check-in and parking as well as a pretty outdoor space to relax in. The shower is hot with brilliant pressure and the bed is super comfortable, probably two of the most important requirements when travelling.
