AIRD VILLA, Scalpay, on the Isle of Harris

Aird Villa with its south facing decking is said to be one of the nicest houses on the Isle of Scalpay. It sits overlooking Scalpay’s quiet North Harbour where the local fishing boats are moored. From the decking it's exhilarating watching the birds & boats as you are more or less right above the water's edge. The house has been renovated to a very high standard and is comfortable, light, spacious & warm. It has a modern clean feeling coupled with the charm of a traditional Scalpay island home.

Set in lovely small village in Grosebay on East Harris. Ist caravan on site, view of loch and hills . Self catering. Electric heating so cosy for autumn and winter,extra tog duvets .Excellent to be 10 mins from Tarbert and the ferry with the local hotels and distillery. The beaches are just 10 mins away great for walking. Explore Harris in the Autumn with the most amazing Autumnal skies. There is a smart TV which you can get Netflix, YouTube,play and prime video on with your own account id.

Only 2 miles from Stornoway ferry terminal and approximately 1.5 miles from the town centre, the pod is situated in front of my own home in the village of Guershader on the outskirts of Stornoway. This is an ideal location if you’re travelling through the Islands and looking for a short stop-over.
