"Alphonse" Quite Gite close to the Najac Fortress

Gites Chat Noir (Alphonse) Set in a converted medieval stable on a narrow street in the oldest part of the village this quite cool in the summer warm and cosy in the winter space is perfect for couples or single guests, full of charm and character and a pleasant stroll to the heart of the village with its many bars, restaurants and local shops and museum. We are sorry but there is no parking at the Gite with the nearest being 175 meters away down by the church. For bag drop off it is possible

Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Lovely suite with a hot tub

This peaceful place to stay offers a perfect stay for your romantic getaways or for the whole family. Ideally located in the city of Gaillac, starting point for visiting the Albi bastides (Puycelsi, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Castelnau-de-Montmiral, Lisle-sur-Tarn, Albi…), Toulouse and Montauban are 45 minutes by car. Gaillac is a lovely little town. Large market on Friday mornings, organic market on Tuesday evenings and Sunday mornings. Lots of entertainment all year round.

The exterior of the gîte features a traditional two-story structure with textured white walls and wooden shutters. A small patio area with a round metal table and chairs is seen on a grassy lawn, complemented by flower pots and a seating bench.

Lodge of about 50 m2 in an old restored farmhouse. Completely renovated, it consists of a living room, an adjoining kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom (140 cm bed). The gite adjoins the main house and has a fully independent entrance. You may park your vehicle in front of or in the courtyard. Close to the golf course and the racecourse, the cottage, on a wooded area of 6000 m² is located between town and countryside 4km from the historic center of Montauban.

You will enjoy a large, fully equipped kitchen and Canal+. 2 bedrooms (Linens provided), crib and bathroom with shower (Towels provided). Outside, you can enjoy the garden with our 3 hens and our adorable dog Max, as well as the trampoline! No parties; this is a family home. Large parking lot at your disposal. Your accommodation, in exposed stone, is independent of our main house, accessible by a small gate. You can enjoy a fenced garden as well as 6 adjoining hectares and meet our horses who frolic there.
