Holiday rentals in Tarrafal

António welcomed us very warmly. He told us about nearby shops and restaurants. He managed the taxi to come to his home and back to the airport. He tried to help us as much as he could with our lost luggage. He was always friendly and smiling. This place has a very nice private deck. We highly recommend this host and their place! A real favorite!

Johnny’s house is great! We are a family of 8 and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and the living room is large also. The apartment is located in the center of Terrafal and is an easy walk to cafes, restaurants, the beach, and shopping. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Everything very good, we had a nice stay in Tarrafal. The apartment comes with a roof terrace, we used it for breakfast and star gazing. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Merci bien!

All the laudatory comments of previous visitors are true and there is not much to add. This unique valley has so much to offer, if you are interested in Landscape, Plants, Geology, Hiking, People… Some physical fitness is helpful. My tip: a two nights stay might not be enough to explore. Another plus: the food offered by Iolanda and Johannes (a trained cook!) is exceptional and shouldn’t be missed under any pretext. Iolanda and Johannes are both outstanding hosts. WiFi can be spotty but the cellphone reception is very good so you might want to think about using your phone as a local hotspot, if urgently needed. Highly recommended!

very friendly host speaking French. very well located accommodation close to all amenities on foot ( beach, market shops...) quiet, spacious and very well equipped. we had a great time at Anne Marie 's. we highly recommend

Paula's accommodation is as advertised, very well-equipped, a very pleasant terrace and 2 minutes from the beach. Paula is a very responsive and welcoming host, like all Cape Verdeans! Thank you for everything Paula!

Excellent stay, we were greeted by Mamadou who was a fantastic host, having always been available to support us in what was necessary. Casa è otima good amenities, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Our children described as the best stay in tarrafal in recent years. Thank You Anilbal and Mamadou will be back for sure.

Our stay was amazing. Tarrafal is great but the house and the location were even better. Karine was a great host!!
