While not entirely in the city centre, it's just a 10-minutes bike ride to the heart of the town, but close-by you'll find a hiking trail next to the Emajõgi river, a community garden and a mall with cinema. A cozy apartment located in the heart of Tartu, close to the Emajõgi River and the botanical garden. The apartment has a large balcony and rooms full of light. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The living room has a fold-out sofa. The bedroom with a French balcony has a 160 cm wide bed. The rooms offer views of greenery and the city wall. The Town Hall Square is 500 meters away, and the Emajõgi River and the University of Tartu Delta Center are nearby.

Located in an old residential neighborhood - 3 rooms on 52 square meters: open living room /kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom . Full renovation of the building was completed in May2021. The apartment is soundproof to noise from the street. It takes 5min of walk to supermarkets; 10min to University and City Hall in old town; farmer's market, shopping centers and V-Spa in downtown; 15min to Estonian National Museum and 20min to Ahhaa! science center and Aura water park.

Stay like home in this peaceful and very well located place. You will have use of all the amenities- quiet and comfortable bedroom, home office corner, books, fully furnished kitchen. This is my own home that I rent out at a time when I am away due to work.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
