Friendly chickens, roosters and rabbits await you on the spot, there are many opportunities for children to discover. You can spend the evenings barbecuing, by the fire or relaxing in the sauna (for an extra fee of 20 euros). The real charm of the countryside without having to drive far from the city.

A cozy apartment located in the heart of Tartu, close to the Emajõgi River and the botanical garden. The apartment has a large balcony and rooms full of light. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The living room has a fold-out sofa. The bedroom with a French balcony has a 160 cm wide bed. The rooms offer views of greenery and the city wall. The Town Hall Square is 500 meters away, and the Emajõgi River and the University of Tartu Delta Center are nearby.

Located in an old residential neighborhood - 3 rooms on 52 square meters: open living room /kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom . Full renovation of the building was completed in May2021. The apartment is soundproof to noise from the street. It takes 5min of walk to supermarkets; 10min to University and City Hall in old town; farmer's market, shopping centers and V-Spa in downtown; 15min to Estonian National Museum and 20min to Ahhaa! science center and Aura water park.

The apartment has all the amenities to make you feel at home, plus you can visit the gym in the house and enjoy a cocktail or morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the Jaani Church. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, and there is also an iron and a hairdryer.

An ideally located apartment in Tartu's Old Town, close to Tartu Botanical Garden. The apartment has Wi-Fi, the building has a lift and a sun terrace, a gym, and a room with washing machines and dryers. The apartment has a kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher and everything you need (dishes, kettle, microwave, etc.). There is also a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a shower and everything you need. Bed linen and towels, of course.

A small, cosy apartment in the city centre by the Emajõgi River

One-room apartment with a partition dividing the apartment into a living and a sleeping area. A very comfortable option for up to 2 people. The apartment has a 160 cm wide bed (cannot be split!), a large wardrobe, a work corner, a TV, a kitchen with all the accessories (including an espresso machine), and a washing machine.

You can stay like at home in this quiet and very well located place. You have access to all the amenities - a quiet and comfortable bedroom, a home office corner, books, a fully equipped kitchen. This is my own home, which I rent out while I'm away for work.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
