No parties (more people than booked, loud noise, etc)! A cozy 2-bedroom apartment (50 m2) in the Duo Loftid building. The 2nd floor apartment faces an inner courtyard. A dedicated FREE parking spot in the closed courtyard is a great bonus in the old town paid parking zone. Nestled between Rüütli street with cafes and bars, Botanical Garden and River Emajõgi, the location is perfect for exploring the city centre. Family friendly Old Town flat

Welcome to our sunny little flat on the border of Old Town. Our house is built 1958 and still has its original flooring, lots of rustic wood and wood stoves. Town centre with most of the Tartus night life, theatres or University buildings are within walking distance. There's private parking on property if you're planning on arriving by car. Although we are nearly in the centre of the town, our flat is very quiet with no noise from neighbours or outside.

Come stay at the old town of Tartu in our lovely apartment with private entry and all you need for your visit. Our place is located at the foot of the famous Toome hill where everything is very close (main square, shops, restaurants, parks etc). Apartment is in a region where everything is in the walking distance - The old town of Tartu, Toome hill, Museum of town, Science Center AHHAA (kids just love it), V-spa spa. There are numerous places to eat in old town which is just 700m away and local bakery over the street. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need, coffee and tea icluded. My cozy, romantic apartment is located at the heart of Tartu, in the shore of river Emajõgi. All of the city sights, bars/cafes and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.

We offer a small apartment in the very centre of Tartu with all main sights and shopping in short walking distance away, closest mall Kvartal is only 100m away. You can enjoy free parking in the yard at the back of the building. The apartment is in a late 19th century building, on the 3rd floor and the building doesn’t have an elevator.
