Our house has a detached new unit at the backyard with a separate entrance. My brother and I are both professional workers, and mostly spend afternoons around the house. Get away from it all while still being a 15 min drive to the beach or valley.

Welcome to our California cozy guest house! Relax on the patio or make use of the fold-away desk. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the sofa easily converts to accommodate extra guests. Rest assured with outdoor cameras ensuring safety and privacy. Guests enjoy access via a private side entrance. Assistance is readily available upon request for a comfortable stay. Take advantage of cleaning services for extended visits. Please remember to return the permit to avoid a replacement fee of $50.

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.
