Beautiful modern private self contained apartment with it's own entrance and offstreet parking. Part of one of Taupo's most iconic new ultra modern homes in the popular Botanical Heights subdivision. With great views across the lake and town and only a short walk to the lakefront. Walking distance to DeBretts hot pools and only 5 mins drive to the town centre. Underfloor geothermal heating throughout provides a comfortable environment all year round. Note it is NOT the entire main house.

The two bedroom cottage has a separate lounge area with a well stocked kitchenette, heat pump and large deck plus a private patio. Just down the hill is Whakaipo Bay recreational area with calm swimming waters and access to the W2K track. Our home is perfect for anyone who is looking for a rural outlook only minutes from town. The Lavender Room self contained studio.

This is a studio across a courtyard from the main house which is a lovely villa set in a large formal rose garden on the banks of Waikato River. There is a good sized room with queen size bed and seating area plus en suite bathroom and kitchenette, and access to a barbecue. There is a Beauty Therapy clinic on the property. I am situated23 kms north of Taupo and so within easy travelling distance to Rotorua and all the volcanic plateau sights, plus the mountains of central North Island.

Adorable and spacious 1-bedroom unit, free parking

Lovely, 1-bedroom, self contained unit, double glazed windows. Own courtyard in a sunny garden, the courtyard includes a private area for you to lockup 2 bikes. Close to Taupo lake and town. This unit is in the lower part of our home, which is a 2-storey building. Your access, courtyard and living areas are all completely separate from ours, with off street parking. Your privacy during your stay is our utmost consideration and therefore we take all steps necessary to leave you to relax.

This studio is located in a quiet cul de sac close to the lake. The studio is light and airy set in pretty gardens. You will have your own entrance with patio space to sit and enjoy a drink or have a BBQ. We are a 10 minute walk to the lake and a 6 minute drive to town. There is parking for one vehicle or plenty of parking on the road. The Studio has a kettle, toaster, and microwave. There is no oven or cooking facilities other than microwave or BBQ. BBQ must be cleaned after use.

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Washing machine, hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided.
