It originally dates back to 1503 and was completely renovated with much love in 2008. It is luxuriously equipped: gas central heating, underfloor heating on the first floor, sauna, very cozy, spacious kitchen-living room with tiled stove, 2 large bedrooms with open fireplace and a large terrace.

The Steyrling river flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel banks and the opportunity to refresh yourself. (200 m from the house). The inn and village store are a 5-minute walk.

In addition, there is a large kitchen and bathroom with shower and separate toilet. A balcony (20 sqm) overlooking the mountains and the valley make the stay unique. The apartment is located at 1100 m above sea level and right next to the ski slope.
