We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet.

Motuopuhi Poolside Retreat is centrally located in the peaceful neighbourhood fondly referred to as the Avenues, and lucky to be situated on a quiet cul de sac with views of the harbour and Motuopuhi Island. Walking distance to bar and restaurant district, movies, groceries and shopping. Additionally, a trip to the Mount is a 15km drive, easy bike ride or bus. Enjoy a dip in the pool or an evening spa, before turning in for the night.

River Gardens Cabin This is a quirky unique cabin that is stand alone, cozy, with a retreat glamping aspect. Starting with bedroom / lounging in main cabin, flowing out to covered deck area with high roof with clear lights, with outdoor kitchenette / dining that links to the lockable outdoor bathroom. River views from the cabin and many other areas, the property is spacious with large meandering lawns and gardens to explore. It is tucked away yet only minutes' drive into Bethlehem.

Lilypad is in a rural setting situated just five minutes from Bethlehem Town Centre with great little eateries and also being a short distances from Tauranga CBD You can sit on the deck or breakfast bar and think about the day ahead or settle in for a barbecue relaxing for the night. Cereal, milk tea, juice , coffee supplied. We are ten minutes from Fernlands spa/hotpools and five minutes from Waimarino Adventure Park. Please note this space is not suitable for children.

The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

Kakariki Haven is a self-contained private flat with outlook to garden. Suitable for couple or a single; with lounge/kitchen, and double bedroom with ensuite. Free internet. TV screen and Chromecast allows visitors to watch TV on Demand, Youtube etc. Close to the Omokoroa village. Fish, swim, or take the ferry over to Matakana Island. Local cafes.
