On the ground floor of the cottage there is a kitchen, bathroom and living room with dining area. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. Near the cottage there is a marked place for a bonfire, a playground for children and a jacuzzi at no extra charge. About 300 m from the property there is a pond where you can fish. The modern, fully equipped house located directly on the beach with a view of the reservoir offers accommodation for up to 12 people. The parking area in front of the house accommodates 4 to 5 cars. The house has 237.35 m² of floor space and central electric heating. The property is partially fenced, spacious, and offers private access to the beach.
